SHIPPING

Free shipping on all U.S. orders (we currently do not ship outside of the U.S.). We want you to get your new clothes as soon as possible and ask that you allow 2-4 business days for us to process and ship out your items.

We will send you a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number when your order ships. We are not responsible for any lost packages and we highly recommend keeping your tracking number and purchasing insurance. If you have any questions, please contact us.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We hope you love your new clothes! If for some reason you are unsatisfied, we do allow 15 days from the original purchase date for exchange or store credit (excluding sale items and accessories).

Customer is responsible for return costs. We are not responsible for any lost returned packages and we highly recommend keeping your tracking number and purchasing insurance. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, scent/mark free and must have original tags attached. Please include a copy of the original receipt in the package so we can clearly identify the order, along with a description of why the item is being returned. 

​If the item is in returnable condition, store credit will be given. Please allow 5-7 days for us to process the return after it is received.  If you are returning the item for an exchange we highly recommend purchasing the item you want while waiting for the return to be processed. We can’t guarantee any sizes or items will remain in stock, so place your new order as soon as possible. We are not responsible for items that have been laundered incorrectly. 

*Claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the items. Please email a picture of the damaged/faulty item to support@shopwightgold.com and we will provide proper credit.

Only damaged goods will receive return labels.
